The Opportunity – Graduate Recruitment Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Building relationships with clients and winning new business through cold calling
- Writing job adverts and sourcing top talent
- Screening CVs and interviewing candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process end-to-end
- Working towards (and exceeding) targets to maximise commission
What We’re Looking For – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- 2025 graduate (2:2 or above)
- Competitive, driven, and financially motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial mindset or interest in sales
- Resilient attitude and eagerness to learn
