- Base salary = £27.5k (OTE £50k in your first year)
- Commission structure that goes up to 40% with NO threshold
- 1 day WFH and early finish Fridays

What the role entails: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Map the market and headhunt top candidates
- Network with top-tier clients and win new business!
- Build your own portfolio of clients and candidates
- Manage the end-to-end interview process
- Contract/salary negotiation
Requiremen: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- A degree from a Top 50 university
- Commercial work experience, sales is a bonus!
- Great work ethic and driven to succeed
- Ambitious and money-motivated
- Competitive nature, ideally have played sports growing up
- UK right to work, as no sponsorship is given
