- Year 1: £25K base + OTE £50K
- Year 2: £35K base + OTE £70K
- Year 3: £50K base + OTE £100K+

Your progression is merit-based and clearly mapped out:
- 0–6 months: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 6–12 months: Senior Recruitment Consultant
- 12–18 months: Managing Consultant
- 18–30 months: Principal Consultant
- 30+ months: Associate Director

About You

- A background in sports, societies, part-time work, or other extra-curricular activities is a plus
