- £26k base salary which is increased to £30k after 6 month probation
- OTE in your first year being £65k+!!!!

The role- Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Various forms of outreach to potential candidates through cold calling, networking, and contacting them via LinkedIn
- Guiding the candidate through the whole process from start to finish, providing support/ advice at all stages
- Bringing on new roles through Business Development
- Attending client meetings to find out specific hiring needs

- Degree educated
- A hardworking and results-driven individual who is always striving for success
- Competitive individual – a history in a competitive background is highly desirable but not necessary
