The role would include- Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Cold-calling potential candidates and clients, whilst also dealing with the rejection that results from it.
- Guiding potential candidates through the interview process
- Client meetings to gain a greater depth into what characteristics they are looking for within a hire.
- Research your particular market to become an expert within your field, and to understand the trends in the current market.
