Our client is a leading tech recruitment firm in Central London with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. They are recognised for their market expertise, professionalism, and focus on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. They are growing quickly and are looking for people to grow with them; over the coming months they will be expanding into new markets and new roles.
Salary and Earnings – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Base: £26K
- Year 1 OTE: £40K
- Year 2 OTE: £55K
- Year 3 OTE: £70K+

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Sourcing and headhunting top talent in tech
- Interviewing and preparing candidates for roles
- Reviewing CVs and creating job adverts
- Supporting senior consultants on high-value recruitment projects
The Ideal Candidate:
- Graduate with a 2:1 or direct sales experience
- Professional and confident communicator
- Competitive and driven
- Willing to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
