What the day-to-day looks like: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Develop deep expertise in the UK & US FinTech markets while building relationships with the most impressive stakeholders on the market
• Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to your clients
• Identify and attract top-tier talent to meet your clients’ needs
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle
• Advise and prepare your candidates throughout the interview process
• Negotiate high-value placements with confidence and precision
• Close deals, make money for your business and earn lots of commission!

• Base Salary: £27,500
• Uncapped Commission: OTE £50,000 in Year 1, rising to around £70,000 in Year 2
