• Generating new business opportunities
• Headhunting the top candidates
• Creating compelling job adverts
• Reviewing CVs
• Interviewing and preparing candidates for roles

• Hitting and exceeding targets to maximise commission

What We’re Looking For – Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Fresh Graduate or Ideally 6+ months of sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in a professional environment
• Natural leadership qualities
• Drive, ambition, and a hunger for success
