Your day-to-day will be working with top finance professionals, and matching them up with your clients. This means you will form close-knit relationships with CEOs from exciting and innovative tech start-ups!

The benefits: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Base salary £27.5k
- Uncapped commission structure: OTE £50k

What you will be doing: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Carry out in-depth market research to source top talent
- Establish and grow relationships with leading clients
- Manage your own pipeline of clients and candidates
- Own the entire recruitment process from outreach to placement
- Lead on salary and contract negotiations to secure top outcomes
What we’re looking for: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- A 2:1 or higher from university
- Previous work experience that shows a strong work ethic
- Evidence of high achievement (sports, competitions, awards, etc.)
- Money-driven with a clear goal-oriented mindset
- Confident, personable, and able to build strong relationships
- Resilient, motivated, and ready to take on challenges head-first
