I am exclusively partnered with a high-performing headhunting firm specialising in the Financial Services sector. Join a company that has exceeded their targets so far this year, and work under consultants who have brought in £1million+ of business for the company.

You will be building relationships with top decision makers at leading Hedge Funds and Investment Banks in London, and assist them with their hiring.

Currently a close-knit team of 12 and aiming to expand to 16 by year-end, this is the perfect opportunity to join a company in an exciting growth phase. You will receive hands-on training directly from the founders, who bring over 40 years of combined experience in Financial Services recruitment.

Start earning form day one…on top of your base salary, expect to earn £50k in your first year!

What the day-to-day looks like: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Proactively headhunting top talent within Financial Services
• Building and managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Leading offer and contract negotiations

• Base Salary: £27k + commission (OTE £50k in year 1)
• Market-leading commission structure up to 40%, with no threshold
• 2 days WFH after passing probation

What We’re Looking For: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• A degree from a Russell Group university
• Worked throughout school and university: commercial/sales experience is a preference
• A driven, ambitious, and financially motivated mindset
• Competitive edge: ideally with a sporting background
