Working within the technology field as a whole, this company offers you the chance to focus on a specific niche within the market, whilst training you on how to become a top recruiter.
You will work on roles within the European geography, where the average deal size is £18k. This is an incredibly buoyant market with no lack of live roles. You will be taught how to win new business and start building your own network and brand.

- Competitive base salary of £25k + added bonuses for hitting target each month
- Ability to earn commission from day one with an OTE of £50k

The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Building strong relationships with your clients and keeping up to date with hiring criteria
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn
- Interviewing candidates and putting them forward for roles with your clients
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Getting feedback from both sides and booking any further interviews
- Managing the process and being the middleman
The Ideal Candidate – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Background in a sales role is ideal but not essential
- Financially driven and eager to be successful
- Team player
- Confident speaking with a range of individuals on and off the phone
- Self-driven
- Resilient
