- £25k base salary, increasing to £28k after 6 months. OTE £65k+ in your first year!!
- Fast progression: Trainee Recruitment Consultant £25-28k- Recruitment Consultant £30k- Senior Recruitment Consultant £35k- Managing Recruitment Consultant £40k.
- Holiday incentive targets- Marbella, Ibiza, Paris, New York, Dubai

The day-to-day
- Client meetings to understand the characteristics they are after in candidates
- Networking via events, LinkedIn, and phone calls
- Finding candidates and guiding them through the interview process
- Cold-calling potential candidates and clients
- Continuous development of your knowledge in the market
