They are lead suppliers of Quantitative Analysts (Quants) to JP Morgan, Barclays, MUFG securities and Citi.
All of these are controlled by very tight PSL’s of a maximum of three agencies, and OUR CLIENT has significantly outperformed the other two agencies at JP Morgan,(for the last five years) Barclays and MUFG.
Furthermore they also work with a number of Hedge funds, Asset Managers, Energy Trading companies and Consultancies, for traditional Quants, and increasingly those who are involved with Machine Learning, AI, Big Data and Crypto. This is at the cutting edge of the market, highly interesting and forever growing!
They have been working with a number of their current clients since the firms inception. They also find themselves in the position of regularly working with new clients who have been personally recommended to them by people who know them and trust them to deliver!

What you’ll be doing as a Graduate Headhunter
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process (full training provided)
- Attend and host specialist market events
- Build and nurture specialist market communities
- Be a brand ambassador for the business
- Be a key part of their current and future growth plans
What they require to be their next Graduate Headhunter
- 2:1 from a Top University and/or sales experience
- Extremely motivated and financially driven
- Commercially savvy + switched on
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Competitive when working towards targets
