Finance Recruitment Consultant
- Founded in 2018 they have already built a team of 25 people, with the aim to hire 5 more for a September start
- Working within the Financial services, specialising in Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Investment Management
- Average fee sizes of 70k, with their top biller bringing in over 800k – in your first year, you should bring in around 200k – of which you will receive a hefty commission cheque
- One-on-one training from the Managing Directors
- Global presence in both the US and UK markets

- Base salary of 28k that rises to 32k after promotion
- OTE in year 1 of 50k
- 40% commission structure with no cap and no threshold
