FINANCE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
This recruitment firm is one of the leading headhunting brands for HUGE companies such as HMRC and JP Morgan. Working on roles exclusively, you will become the most entrusted and specialist recruitment consultant in the financial services.
Joining with a cohort of 6, you will be taught by the Founder of the company, a well established and chatty bloke who has been in recruitment for over 20 years. You will learn from the best and get in-depth feedback throughout.
With the ability to be able to take home 60k+ by year 2, this industry is one to join if you want to earn good money quickly and see the progression you deserve when you put in the hard work.
The Perks of the Job: Finance Recruitment Consultant
- 28k base with an increase to 32k within half a year
- Promotion is target based – most hit this within 5-6 months
- 40% commission structure on top of the base salary
- OTE in year 1 – 40k, year 2 – 60k, year 3 – 90k+
- Extra long lunch twice a week for a midday gym session

- Smart – 2:1 or above in a degree of any discipline
- Savvy – Can think quick on their feet
- Salesy – Ideally some kind of background in sales OR someone who can prove they have a knack for sales
- Financially driven – Will work hard to see the money come in, and not just believe it should be handed to them
- Competitive – A sports background, OR someone who wants to work towards targets
