The Company – Finance Recruitment Consultant
My client is currently hiring for 4 consultants to join their growing team, on both the UK desk and the US desk. They specialise in both the Private Equity and Investment Banking markets, meaning the salary ranges are HUGE, making the commission you could earn very high.
You will receive amazing support from day one, with everyone having 1-1 mentorship and sitting within your own mini team. You will have access to both internal and external trainers meaning the training you get will be ongoing throughout your whole career.

- Base salary starting at £27k, rising to £30k after your first promotion

The Role – Finance Recruitment Consultant
- Researching the financial market and mapping the top players in the game
- Winning new business through cold calling
- Building and maintaining relationships through client meetings
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, networking, headhunting and using the company database
- Interviewing candidates and understanding what they are looking for
- Preparing candidates for interviews with your candidates
- Being the middleman and managing the process between both sides
- Negotiating contract with your clients and for your candidates
Ideal Candidate – Finance Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Hard working individual
