The Role – Finance Recruitment Consultant
- Consulting; Negotiating; Headhunting; Preparing; Closing
- You will do active business development by bringing on new clients
- Source candidates that they are looking to fill their roles, by mapping your market and then screening potential candidates
- Organise and prep your candidates for interviews
- Secure them an offer and negotiate the deal
- Make a placement and get your commission!
The Incentives – Finance Recruitment Consultant
- 27.5k base salary with an increase to 30k within 6 months
- Promotion after half a year
- 40% commission structure on top of the base salary
- OTE in year 1 = 50k
- 28 days paid holiday + birthday + bank holidays
- Work from home every Wednesday after promotion
- Office Laptop and iPhone given

The Profile We Want – Finance Recruitment Consultant
- 2:1 or above from a Russell Group Uni
- Minimum BBB at A-Level
- Sports background – individual or part of a team
- Confident and Charismatic
- Sales experience preferred – B2B, B2C, cold calling, door to door
