Salary: £28k - £70k OTE + added bonuses

We are working with a boutique and specialist Finance Recruitment firm, focusing specifically on Asset Management, Private Equity and Hedge Funds.

With fees as high as £180k, you can take at least £70k home in your first year. All you need to do is work hard, analyse the markets and build your network.

The Incentives: Finance Recruitment Consultant

• £28k base salary + 40% commission
• OTE in year 1 – 70k
• Promotion within 6 months – this comes with a pay rise to £30k
• Average fee size of £120k
• 6 Nations Rugby tickets for a team social
• Holiday Incentives 2x a year – Dubai and Val do Lobo
• Golfing trip once a month with the team
• WFH Wednesdays
• Early finish Fridays
• Client meetings every week – Drinks / Dinners / Brunch

• Intelligent – 2:1 or above from a top university
• Minimum BBB at A Level
• A strong sports background, playing to a high level
• Evidence of hard work – had a job from a young age and worked throughout education
• Financially driven – a reason why you want to earn good money
• Charismatic and salesy
