We are partnered with an ambitious and well-known client in the Finance recruitment space. They work specifically within Asset Management and Hedge Funds, working with top professionals all the way up C-suite Level.
They are onboarding 3 fresh graduates to join their boutique firm.

Who we’re looking for: Finance Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated – ideally a 2:1 or above
- Salesy mindset with the ability to negotiate confidently
- Strong communication skills so you can build rapport
- Charismatic – an infectious energy
- Financially motivated with a will to earn good money
- Great work ethic to drive your motivation
The Incentives: Finance Recruitment Consultant
- 27.5k base salary with an increase to 32k within half a year
- Base + 50% commission structure with no threshold
- OTE year 1 – 55k
- 1-on-1 training from the MDs
- Office in Bank, London
- Gym membership with a pool and sauna
- Pet friendly office
- Holiday to Mallorca in October and a ski trip in February!

- Work from home 1 day a week

The Role: Finance Recruitment Consultant
- This job is a sales-based role. You will be headhunting professionals and placing them in roles you have brought on.
- This involves cold calling, advertising and networking.
