Earning potential is extremely competitive in comparison to other industries. This is due to huge fee sizes of £200k+, as well as a commission structure of 45% with no threshold.

- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above from a top 50 university
- Sports background – shows competitive mindset and team player attitude
- Strong A-Levels – Grade B and above
- Money motivated – will put in the effort to see the cash come in
