- Salary expectations:
- Year 1 OTE £55k
- Year 2 OTE £65K
- Year 3 OTE £95K

Requirements
To be considered for the position with our client you should possess some if not all of the following:
- 12-18 months of 360 recruitment experience
- Competitive and ambitious nature – your success is up to you!
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Role – Experienced Recruitment Consultant
- Building and developing new and existing client relations, securing terms and sourcing candidates for these clients
- Interview and prep candidates for interviews
- Set and hit monthly targets
- Specialize in specific field and become an industry expert
