- £27k base salary moving up to £30k after 3-month probation with OTE £85k+ in your first year (depending on the level of experience salary can be negotiable)

What will your day-to-day look like: Experienced Recruitment Consultant
An experienced hire will have adapted their own methods in ensuring success which is why we are firm believers in allowing you the opportunity to explain certain aspects that you may carry out that work well and you’d like to implement if not already adopted.
You can also expect:
- Daily meetings with all the departments to ensure we are all aware of our personal/ team targets, and listing any concerns/ whilst providing advice
- Continued research to understand the demands in your area of focus, to enhance your understanding and earning potential!
- Cold-calling potential clients and candidates to increase your network/ opportunities, making a name for yourself in this incredibly lucrative market
What attributes would our ideal candidate obtain? – Experienced Recruitment Consultant
It is not necessary for you to already have experience within the technological sector, any experience is welcomed as the skills you’d have developed are very transferable within the industry.
As well as this you’d be:
- Ambitious and career-driven, taking any opportunity to further progress
- Excellent communication skills
- 1+ years of experience within the recruitment sector
