Our client is looking for someone with 12-18+ months recruitment experience in any recruitment sector to join their global team as an Experienced Recruitment Consultant.
The opportunity is simple – build your own business within a business – no KPI’s, challenging but realistic targets for promotion and the opportunity to work in UK, US and European markets (essentially, the opportunity to earn a lot of money).
The client is looking for individuals to come in at Consultant or Senior Consultant level, the progression to Lead Consultant or Team Leader level generally happens within a year depending on starting experience. They have contract, permanent and dual-desks available and want candidates who have a proven track record of BD and billings in order to drive the business forward.
The business is a Technology recruitment agency that is a leader in all thing’s tech – Cyber, AI, Blockchain, Java, Python and C#. They were founded in 2013 and have grown from a small 3-man company to recently acquiring their 4th location, an impressive office right in Central London.
Now 38 people large, they are looking to double in size as they have a secure hold of the market and want ambitious people to come on board and challenge the multiple £250k+ billers within the business. Is that you?

What’s on Offer?
- £30-40k Basic salary + uncapped commission scheme rising up to 35% (no threshold).
- Team Leaders make team override from any hires with no threshold.
- Working Hours – 8:30AM – 5:30PM, with flexitime once a week and two extended lunch’s (plenty of time to go to the gym).
- Usual incentives of monthly lunch clubs, quarterly trips away and yearly bonuses up to £25k!
