The Role – Executive Search Researcher ?
- Proactively sourcing candidates through the headhunting methodology
- Qualifying candidates for specific positions and creating shortlists
- Managing the client, taking detailed briefs to meet their expectations
- Managing the process between client and candidate
- Reporting to senior colleagues and learning your market
What are they looking for in an Executive Search Researcher?
- A recent graduate from a top university with a 2.1 or above in any discipline
- Strong research abilities
