What The Role Involves
- Supporting end-to-end executive search projects across global technology markets
- Conducting detailed market mapping and competitor analysis
- Identifying and engaging senior-level and C-suite talent
- Producing research reports, candidate shortlists, and industry insights for clients
- Working closely with consultants and clients throughout live search processes
- Building knowledge across high-growth technology sectors and international markets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and research skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Commercially aware and intellectually curious
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and executives
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Previous research, recruitment, sales, or professional services experience is advantageous but not essential
