The Role – Executive Search Consultant
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and assessing top talent for executive-level positions across diverse industries. Working closely with experienced consultants, you’ll gain deep insights into leadership strategy and develop skills that set you apart in the corporate world. You’ll also:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential candidates and industry trends.
- Engage with senior executives and build lasting relationships.
- Support consultants in creating compelling search strategies and client presentations.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, helping to position us as an industry innovator.
The Ideal Candidate – Executive Search Consultant
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus!)
- Educational Background: A recent graduate with a top 20 university degree.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and the ability to engage with senior-level professionals.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a structured, organised approach to work.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues across global teams.
