What You’ll Be Doing – Executive Search Consultant
- Conducting in-depth market research to map industry landscapes and identify high-potential candidates
- Using tools, databases, and internal resources to source and assess senior-level talent
- Producing competitor analysis reports and contributing to search strategies
- Attending client briefings to understand talent needs and update on progress
- Developing long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates
- Becoming a subject matter expert on the Investment Banking sector
- Supporting candidates through every stage of the hiring process
- Contributing to business development and growth initiatives

- Base salary: £30,000
- Discretionary bonus (OTE £45K)
