Executive Search Consultant – Research Analyst
This firm will allow you to use your research ability to better your communication and market knowledge through networking and business development with the top 2% of earners.
As a research Analyst, you will be at the forefront of the market mapping and research development for a boutique executive search start-up.
Detailed focused training and exposure to the director and top billers of the firm from day one.
You will work alongside them as they do:
- Business development
- Market mapping
- Headhunting CEOs, MEOs, Directors and Partners for their retained vacancies
The Role:
You will be headhunting for your clients by placing high net-worth individuals as some of the most reputable hedge funds and alternative asset managers in the world amongst their clients.
Salary – 1st year: £28k – £35k
Based in central London with an amazing office space, this executive search firm has great company incentives that come with the role.

- 2:1 from a top university
- Strong communication skills
