The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Attending client briefings and understanding hiring criteria/company values
- Mapping the technology market, mainly at c-suite level, to find candidates for your clients
- Approaching passive candidates and pitching to your client
- Maintaining excellent relationships with your passive candidates
- Managing the interview process
- Creating reports for your team around the success/challenges of the interview process
- Creating reports on trends within the market to report back to your clients
- Building your online presence and putting out content relevant to your market
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in a research-based subject is preferable
- Experience working in a client or customer facing role
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Confident speaking with high-level stakeholders on and off the phone
- Ambitious and driven to build a successful career
