The Role: Executive Search Consultant
You’ll be at the intersection of strategy, business intelligence, and human potential working closely with high-calibre candidates and decision-makers.
You’ll get to:
- Conduct market mapping and analyse executive talent movement
- Create competitor intelligence reports and strategic insights
- Attend and contribute to high-level client meetings
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike
- Deep dive into sectors like investment banking, fintech, and global finance
- Support and contribute to business development and search delivery
- Develop true subject-matter expertise in a high-performance environment
