The Business – Executive Search Consultant
As specialists within the Financial Services space, this firm has quickly built up a very successful name across the UK, US, and Asia, with plans to open an office in Singapore within the next 12 months, so there will be options to relocate with the business if you wish.
With a main focus on identifying and sourcing top talent across the titles of CFO, COO, CEO, and other ‘Head Of’ roles, you really will be working with the top 1% of the Financial Services worldwide.

The Good Stuff – Executive Search Consultant
- Base salary of £35k, rising to £40k after 18 months
- Quarterly bonus structures, taking your OTE in year one up to £55k, and year two up to £75k
- Training and development led by the two founders of the business, with regular coaching sessions, lots of shadowing, and the chance to attend multiple networking events in your first 6 months
- Options to work from home 2 days a week (once passed probation)
- Clear progression pathway throughout your career – first promotion after just 18 months, and the chance to lead your own team within just 3-4 years

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Meeting with global organisations to fully understand their offering and the hiring priorities for the business
- Identifying top talent within the financial space – done through research, networking, and speaking with previous contacts
- Working closely with your client to pinpoint the top prospects to outreach
- Managing the interview process with your colleagues, ensuring you are advising and consulting to your best ability
- Writing reports, following processes and analysing data in a way that is useful for your network
The Requirements
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working in a commercial/corporate environment (industrial year, internships, etc.)
- Confident with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ambitious and driven to build a long-term, successful career
- Motivated by making an impact and working with the top individuals within the financial space
