The Business – Executive Search Consultant
This is a really exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join a Boutique Search firm in their growth stage. With 6 years behind them, the team are turning £3.5m in revenue ever year, with plans to get to £5m within the next 3 years.
Their main focus is sourcing top talent across the CFO and C-1 space within Private Equity firms and PE Portfolios. This will give you a huge level of exposure to international businesses across the UK, US, and Europe, getting you well on your way to becoming a true expert.
The Benefits – Executive Search Consultant
- Starting salary of £30k-£35k (DOE)
- Discretionary bonus paid out on a quarterly basis (taking your OTE to £50k-£55k in year one)
- 1-1 mentorship from one of the Managing Consultants with over 13 years’ experience at the business

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Meeting with clients to fully understand their hiring requirements and how to market them as a business
- Researching the financial markets and understanding who your clients’ main competitors are, and who the top individuals are in those firms
- Creating longlists of potential candidates for your clients, then working with your client to identify the top candidates for them
- Outreaching those individuals and offering market insight as well as pitching in the opportunity with your client
- Working closely with your team to manage the hiring process from start to finish
- Report writing concluding the process to understand different analytics of the search, and creating credible insight to share with clients
The Requirements
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Evidence of work alongside education (part-time, internships, placement year, etc.)
- Interests outside of education – sports, music, drama, art, etc.
- Confident and articulate when speaking with high-level individuals
- Naturally inquisitive with the desire to become an expert within your specialism
