The Business – Executive Search Consultant
Working across the Technology and Digital space, this consultancy are specialists in sourcing the top C-Suite level talent across the UK, Europe, and the US. As a boutique business, they work to find CTOs, CIOs, CEOs, and COOs for their impressive client base.
As a small business, you will have exposure to the two founders from day one, working closely with them on a range of projects and receive 1-1 coaching to help you succeed in your career!
The Benefits – Executive Search Consultant
- Starting salary of £30,000, rising in £5k increments throughout your career as you progress
- Quarterly bonus structure seeing you earn an additional £10,000 throughout the year, taking your OTE to £40k in year one
- Training delivered by the two founders of the business with a combined total of 40+ years in the industry
- Exposure to the business’s client base from day one, with regular F2F meetings to strengthen client relationships

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Sitting in on client briefings to fully understand the business, their offering, and their hiring requirements
- Researching the markets and identifying top CTO, CIO, and COO talent within the Tech and Digital space
- Creating a long list of potential candidates and working closely with your client to identify the top 10 they want to speak with
- Outreaching those candidates and consulting them on market conditions, your clients’ role, and what next steps would be
- Working closely with your managing consultant throughout the interview process, ensuring both parties are kept informed on feedback, reservations, and market trends
- Report writing on completion of the project – analysing the data around who was approached, who was successful and why, who wasn’t and why, and any other information you gathered throughout the process
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Ideally you will have worked in an office environment (part-time, internship, placement year, etc.)
- Proactive and involved in extra-curricular activities
- Confident and articulate when speaking with high level individuals
- Ambitious and looking to progress into a long-term career
