Your Role as an Executive Search Consultant
You’ll work alongside senior consultants to identify and place top executive talent into leading financial firms.
- Become a market expert – Conduct in-depth research & stay ahead of industry trends
- Market mapping – Identify top candidates and track market movements
- Headhunting elite talent – Engage with high-level professionals and match them with their ideal roles
- Build relationships with financial leaders – Work directly with top-tier clients and understand their hiring needs
- Negotiate and manage deals – Facilitate high-value placements that drive business success
- Attend client meetings – Gain first-hand exposure to the world of finance and executive search
You’ll start as a generalist, then specialise as you progress, working towards becoming a leading Consultant in your field.
