The Business – Executive Search Consultant
The opportunity to work with the best organisations in the Financial Services sector is one that only comes around every now and then. This is an incredible opportunity to get some amazing exposure so early on in your career. You’ll assist in sourcing the best CFO, COO, and CEO talent across the UK and the US for your clients within the Hedge Fund and Investment Banking space.
With over 20 years in the market, this firms client base is extensive, with regular inbound and repeat business, meaning you will have roles to work on from the get-go.

- Starting salary of £35k which rises in £5k increments throughout your career, with annual salary reviews
- Quarterly bonus structure for hitting target, which will take your OTE in year one to £55k
- Training delivered by the Management team with a combined total of 34 years’ experience

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Sitting in on briefing meetings with your client base to fully understand their offering and hiring priorities
- Researching the financial markets and the main players within that field
- Creating a longlist of potential candidates and working closely with your client to identify the best talent to approach
- Approaching those professionals and offering valuable insight into market conditions as well as details about your client
- Speaking with a range of individuals to understand their experience and requirements for a new role
- Working closely with your Senior Consultant to consult and advise candidates and clients throughout the interview process
The Requirements:
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working in a customer or client facing role
- Excellent levels of communication and strong problem-solving skills
- Ambitious and driven to build a successful long-term career
- Confident speaking with a range of individuals in person and over the phone
