The Company – Executive Search Consultant
Working across the financial services, this boutique search firm has quickly become recognised as the most reliable and successful supplier of CFO talent in the UK and Europe.
The team of 20 all specialise within their own area, and the desk hiring will represent their client base in the Investment Banking space. You will have the chance to travel and meet with clients face-to-face to get the best exposure and develop the knowledge needed to be successful.

- Starting salary of £32k with annual salary reviews

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Sitting in on briefing meetings with clients to fully understand their hiring requirements
- Mapping the market to understand who may be looking for a new role, who would be worth contacting, and which firms also operate in that area
- Producing a short-list of candidates appropriate for the role and discussing with your client on who they would like you to approach
- Outreaching potential candidates to understand their specific responsibilities, and pitch your client to them to gain interest
- Work closely with your senior consultant to run candidates through the interview process
- Consistently advising and consulting both clients and candidates on market conditions/trends
- Creating and presenting reports after each search to share invaluable market knowledge with your team, clients, and candidates
The Requirements:
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Commercial awareness and understanding
- Naturally inquisitive and wanting to learn
- Driven and ambitious to build a longstanding career
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a client or customer facing role
