The Company – Executive Search Consultant
A boutique search firm which operate exclusively in the alternative investment space within Europe, specialising in the Private Equity, Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Credit & Hedge Fund space.
We have a big emphasis on building long-lasting relationships, tailoring our services to the need of clients, and giving confident in-depth/breadth of our network.
Taking a headhunting approach, we want individuals to become experts in their market working with various CEO’s, CFO’s & Directors.

- £34k base salary with year 1 bonuses expected to be around £8-12k

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Market Research: Develop expertise in your niche market, staying informed on trends and terminology.
- Client Engagement: Pitch services to clients, backed by market data, and secure new roles.
- Relationship Building: Attend client meetings to understand hiring needs and identify the right candidates.
- Candidate Outreach: Engage with potential candidates, explaining roles, and organising follow-up calls.
The Ideal Candidate – Executive Search Consultant
- Degree educated – 2:1 and above
- No prior experience required – internships and related experiences are a plus
- A driven, results-focused individual
- Research focused individual
