- Candidate Outreach: Engage with potential candidates, explaining roles, and organising follow-up calls.
The Ideal Candidate – Executive Search Consultant
- A 2:1 or 1st class degree in any discipline.
- No prior experience required—internships and related experiences are a plus.
- A driven, results-focused individual with a passion for career growth.
