The Role – Executive Search Consultant:
- Evolving into an industry authority by cultivating expertise in pertinent sectors, tracking industry trends
- Establishing enduring, trust-based relationships with both candidates and clients
- Engaging in candidate management
- Contributing to the business development process
- Conducting market mapping, identifying key potential candidates, and forecasting market dynamics
- Researching potential candidates, competitor analysis, and strategy reporting
- Attending client meetings, providing updates, compiling meeting reports, and grasping client requirements
