The role – Executive Search Consultant
- Research and map the market for live mandates
- Aid the business in providing a quality service to their clients
- Headhunting passive candidates and gathering market intel
- Work with the partners to create a shortlist of candidates
What you need – Executive Search Consultant
- Minimum of a 2:1 from a top 50 university
- ABB minimum at A-Level
- A genuine interest in Higher Education
- Be enthusiastic about the work, and able to engage with stakeholders
- Be happy to pick up the phone to speak with candidates/ clients
- Be a team player!
