The Company – Executive Search Consultant
Our client is looking for an Executive Search Consultant to join their team!
Working within the Hedge Fund and Investment banking space, you will help source the best talent across the globe and work closely with experienced successful consultants.
Not only will you get the best introduction to a TOP Executive Search firm, but you will have direct training and support from the Directors in the business who have a combined total of 50 years’ experience in the Financial Services space.
You will also have the chance to work overseas within their New York office for 6 months if you wish, which is a great way to really immerse yourself into many clients firms.

- Starting salary of £30k, rising to £35k after your probation

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Working closely with your manager
- Understanding your clients and their businesses
- Researching the financial markets and knowing the main players
- Market mapping to find the best fit for your clients
- Speaking with Executives and understanding their experience/ values
- Creating a shortlist of potential candidates for your client
- Working with your manager through the interview process
- Creating reports of current market trends
- Working towards and exceeding targets
The Ideal Candidate – Executive Search Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Evidence of work alongside education – part time, internship, placement etc.
- Resilient – able to bound back from setbacks
- Inquisitive – curious about the way business is run
- Driven – genuine want to build a career
- Confident both on and off the phone
- Desire to succeed
