Our client is an Executive Search practice working with an exclusive focus on global E2E Supply Chain and adjacent supporting functions.
Founded in 2011, our client is a growing business of over 20 consultants operating from its Headquarters in London.
Established as an international business, they have worked on mandates on a global basis within Europe, Latin America, North America and Asia.
This business works with several prestigious clients such as Intel, Loreal, Samsung and many more.

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other outlet sources
- Screen candidate applications and qualify them for specific roles
- Build relationships with clients and candidates, understand their needs and deliver on them
- Identify future hiring needs and retain current talent
- Identify and provide new content for up and coming events to engage in the tech community
- Promote the business through example as a service for clients and candidates to use for their hiring needs
- You’ll work closely with their in-house marketing team to organise tech events and share market-leading insights for their annual hiring reports.

Competencies and Skills Needed – Executive Search Consultant
- You will be working alongside industry experts with 15+ years of experience within the sector, and aiding them to win new business
- Sourcing candidates using various job boards, networking sites, and referrals
- Minimum of a 2:1
- Excellent communication skills
- Incentive trips to Oktoberfest Munich!
- Team-player and able to maximise opportunities across desks within the team
- Fast-paced and used to operating with a sense of urgency
- Good attention to detail
