About the Offering – Executive Search Consultant
- Base salary starting at £35k with bi-annual reviews and an annual discretionary bonus

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Research and become immersed in a market niche with view of becoming an expert
- Attend client meetings with senior markets, take detailed brief to compile a comprehensive report
- Research and map for targeted searches
- Present findings and longlist/ shortlists of suitable candidates to senior colleagues
- Approach potential candidates, qualify and report
About You – Executive Search Consultant
- A recent graduate with a 2.1 or above in any discipline from a top university
- Well-versed research and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills both written and verbally
- Articulate and commercially aware
- Interpersonal skills with an interest in creating meaningful relationships
- Career led and in search of a long-term career
- Interest in the financial markets/ current affairs is an advantage
