The Client – Executive Search Consultant
Our Client is a leading executive search and leadership consultancy that specializes in finding and placing high-level executives in the corporate, financial, and professional services sectors. Our client is a globally recognized firm that works with their clients on how to optimize their performance through the smartest and most considered human capital decisions.
Working with well-established firms such as Virgin, Nando’s, and Heineken. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to client satisfaction, they are looking for an Executive Search Consultant to join their team.
What an Executive Search Consultant Offers:
- £30-£35k Base salary DOE
- Quarterly bonus scheme
- Michelin star lunches
- Extensive training programme with an external £2000 yearly budget for training
- Opportunity to work closely with the directors
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the senior consultants in identifying and sourcing top-level executives for our clients through various channels, including headhunting, referrals, and networking events
- Assisting in building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
- Conducting research on industries and companies to identify potential candidates
- Assisting in the placement process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and placement
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Recent Graduate or 2023 Graduate
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- A desire to learn and develop within the executive search industry
