The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Market research and mapping of clients and candidates
- Working closely with senior consultants to learn the process inside and out
- Speaking with top-tier candidates and understanding their experience and wants
- Negotiating the best arrangement for your candidates upon offer
- Understanding client briefs to your best ability to effectively sell in opportunities
The Ideal Candidate – Executive Search Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Background within a commercial environment or fast-paced role
- Self-motivated
- Inquisitive
- Team player
- Wanting to progress and build a career
- Excellent work ethic
- Good written and verbal communication skills
