The Opportunity – Executive Search Consultant
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will support the delivery of retained search assignments for senior leadership and board-level appointments.
Working alongside experienced Consultants and Partners, you’ll develop expertise in executive talent mapping, market analysis, candidate engagement, and client advisory. From day one, you’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility and encouraged to build relationships with senior professionals across a variety of sectors.
Key Responsibilities – Executive Search Consultant
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and talent movements
- Deliver detailed market mapping projects, analysing organisational structures and leadership teams
- Identify and engage high-calibre executive candidates through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Produce insightful client reports, search updates, and candidate assessments
- Build relationships with senior executives and industry leaders across multiple markets
- Support Partners and Consultants on high-profile retained search assignments

- £36,000 base salary

Who We’re Looking For – Executive Search Consultant

- A 2:1 degree or above from a leading university
- Strong commercial exposure through internships, placements, part-time work, entrepreneurial ventures, or extracurricular achievements
