- Base salary of 30k that rises to 35k after 6 months

The Job Role: Executive Search Consultant
- Talent mapping – research and analyse the market to find the best candidates at C-suite level
- Consult – advise clients on hiring plans and insights into their competitors
- Headhunt – cold call and persuade potential candidates
- Organise – set up interviews and prep your candidates
- Secure an offer and seal the deal!

- Intelligent – 2:1 or above from a top university, and minimum ABB at A Level
