About the Role – Executive Search Consultant
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will support the delivery of senior-level search assignments, helping clients identify and secure exceptional leadership talent.
You will work closely with experienced consultants throughout the search process, developing strong research, communication, and stakeholder management skills while building relationships with high-calibre executives and industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities – Executive Search Consultant
- Support end-to-end executive search projects across multiple sectors.
- Conduct detailed market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Identify and engage senior-level candidates through targeted research and networking.
- Interview and assess prospective candidates.
- Prepare candidate reports and market intelligence for clients.
- Build relationships with senior executives and industry professionals.
- Support offer management and negotiation processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, talent movements, and industry developments.

- Degree educated (all disciplines considered).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in business and leadership.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Previous recruitment experience is not required. Full training and development will be provided.
