The Role – Executive Search Consultant
This graduate executive search role offers the opportunity to build a successful career in recruitment, executive search and talent advisory. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants and senior stakeholders, developing expertise within investment banking and wider financial services markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market mapping and talent research across financial services and investment banking sectors
- Identify and engage high-calibre senior candidates for executive-level appointments
- Produce detailed market intelligence, competitor analysis and strategic reports
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Support client meetings, briefing calls and recruitment projects
- Develop specialist knowledge within executive search and leadership consulting
- Assist with business development and client acquisition initiatives
