What You’ll Be Doing – Executive Search Consultant
As an Executive Search Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping organisations hire the leaders who shape their future.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching industries to identify high-performing senior talent
- Approaching and engaging executive-level candidates
- Supporting clients throughout the executive recruitment process
- Preparing candidate shortlists and market insights
- Building relationships with senior professionals and clients
- Working closely with experienced consultants on high-impact search projects
